I collect certain information about you when you use this website. Your privacy is of importance to me so I comply with privacy laws. This means that your data is secure, and used responsibly. In this privacy statement I explain all the ways in which I hold and utilise your personal information.

Visitors

Your IP address. Google Analytics is installed on this website. If your web browser is configured to accept cookies, a cookie will be placed on your computer that allows Google to track your activity on this website for my website statistics. Similarly, if you log into this website, a cookie is placed on your computer. The sole purpose of this cookie is to identify your computer and keep you logged in whilst browsing.

Members

To access to the members area of this website you must first register. This involves entering personal information and selecting a username and password. This is used to create a user account, which you can log into with that username and password.

I store and thus utilise your name, physical address ( If given ), e-mail address and IP address together with any profile image you may upload. I store this data so that you need not enter your details anew with repeat visits making it easy to access the content of the members area. You can change this information whenever you want. I hold this information until you terminate you membership.

Event signup

On this website you can sign up for events, where I use your personal information to process and register your application.

I collect your IP address, e-mail address, name and location.. I need these because of the agreement I enter into with you. I hold on to this information until your course has been completed, and seven years thereafter (this is the mandatory statutory period for the retention of data).

Payment for events or services.

All payments on this site are made through Stripe. I store information about those transactions, as required for accounting purposes. I do not store any your sensitive payment information. This information is given by you to Stripe in the transaction process and you should read their privacy policy to satisfy yourself that your information is secure. I have no access to that private financial information.

Contact form and newsletter

With the contact form you can ask me questions or submit requests.

For this I use your e-mail address, IP address and name. I do this with your consent. I hold on to this information until I am certain that you are happy with my response, and six months thereafter. This allows me to easily consult the information in the event of follow-up questions. 

You can subscribe to our newsletter in the members area. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your e-mail address is added to the list of subscribers with your permission only. This data is stored until you cancel the subscription.

Supply of information or data to third parties

I only use your data to allow you to continue using this web site. I do not share any of your information or data with any other third party services with the exception of Brevo if you subscribe to newsletters.

Spam

You will only receive communications you have requested and nothing else.

by using this site you are agreeing with this policy statement. You must agree with this policy statement if you wish to sign up to the members area and receive newsletters.
